"Mystery Stalks the Prairie" - Available Next Week


Next week, a 1976 book will be re-released...
For those who are interested in the "cattle mutilation" phenomenon, and who didn't see the book the first time around (which included me LOL - I wasn't even a teenager!), you should get a copy!

  1. I remember how the community of Elsberry, MO was besieged by UFO sightings and never seen before cattle mutilations during the spring, summer, and fall of 1978. Preceding the mutilations would be sighting reports of UFOs. I don’t know about you, but for these two events to occur simultaneously was no coincidence. While our farm was spared, I remember how folks were scared to death- can you blame them?

    Scavengers absolutely refused to feed on the carcasses. Normally, blow flies swarm dead animals, but instead the flies were all dead and found stuck to surrounding fence posts, barbed wire, and vegetation. A reporter for the ABC television station in St. Louis had the presence of mind to collect and submit samples of the dead flies for laboratory analysis by St. Louis based Ralston Purina. The scientists were shocked to discover that the files died from a fungus never documented outside of a laboratory environment.
