    I'm sorry, Nick. I should have said any outlet other than those sites. Both Amazon and B&N have the paperback listed as unavailable except from third party sellers -- and those sellers have it priced at $200.

    I'm sure the book is worth many times that amount, but I just don't have the money to spend. 😄

    Don't worry about that. The third-party thing pops up when Amazon has run out of copies. But, if you check Amazon again today you should find it's available from them at the regular price - because they now have new stock in.
